Shipping areas

We ship throughout mainland Spain. For shipments to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or other countries, contact us before placing your order to confirm timelines and costs.

Delivery times

The estimated delivery time is 10 to 15 business days from order confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the product page or after checking availability with us. Equipment with a specific probe configuration may require additional time; we will let you know before confirming your order.

Shipping costs

Shipping cost is calculated based on the weight, volume and destination of the order, and is shown before checkout. For large-volume orders or special shipments, contact us for a custom quote.

Packaging

Our equipment is shipped with reinforced packaging suited to precision materials, to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information from the carrier.
